Joanna:I attended the General Assembly where Rita presented explanation of participatory budgeting as used in Brazil (and in small way in Chicago and New York City). That model wasn't considered exactly relevant to Occupy operations. Don't know where Occupy Boston went from there. Green Rainbow hasn't picked up on this idea.
