			This is good, but it really doesn't accomplish anything. The Occupation doesn't need another re-hash of it's 'occupational' statement.

			CC: How do we 'plan for the American Spring'? When did we agree that there would be an 'American Spring'? There really should be a move to bring all documents past some group of recognized editors, because the common people don't want to read non-professional feeling texts. I don't have time to be 'at Gandhi' to take part in the 'final edit', and I shouldn't have to be there.

			Any document released 'by OB' should read smoothly and should be very clear in its intent. This document does neither. OB doesn't have the time or energy to agree upon a list of values, because everyone sees them differently. It should be enough to see that a committed group of individuals is willing to work together at all.

			The biggest issue with documents, of course, is that if other people want to 'join', they will firstly want to agree with what has already been said, and the OB community will probably want them to agree as well. But they are not in collaboration with us yet, so how can they expect to have proper say over documents that were ratified before they joined? It doesn't make sense to create this document two months deep unless the entire community has agreed upon its intent before writing a draft.
