2.POP can feel like you're being shut up…even if it is &amp;quot;supposed&amp;quot; to make sure everyone can be heard&lt;br /&gt;

daniel: help, I'm being oppressed!&lt;br /&gt;

greg: I want to defend the process. what if ppl are being hurt by the process? can't we address why this is happening instead of interrupting?&lt;br /&gt;

ana: this is two questions. one, how do ppl feel when being POP'ed? this is a process dispute, ppl react negatively.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
