The Immigration Working group began after the first Free School University Immigration Forum at Occupy Boston on October 23, 2011. The group has met on one occasion and is currently working on a statement of purpose.
The Immigration Working group began after discussions generating from the first Free School University Immigration Forum at Occupy Boston on October 23, 2011. The group is currently working on a statement of purpose but, our goal is to generate outreach to immigrant communities and immigrant right organizations in an effort to collaborate for immigrant justice.

The Immigration Working Group is attending an event in solidarity with Centro Presente to discuss collaboration between Occupy Boston and Centro Presente to organize an action against Secure Communities. To support and stand in solidarity with Student Immigration Movement (SIM), please attend the SIM Rally Monday November 21, 2011. Rally to demand ICE to stop the deportations of Denis and Vinny.
