Occupy the NH Presidential Primary
This page organizes Occupy Boston's support of the Occupy New Hampshire events leading up to the Republican presidential candidates' debate in Manchester on Jan. 7, through the primary election on Jan. 10. Manchester is an hour's bus ride north of Boston, with a small and dedicated Occupy group. National media will be on the scene; we need to help them make a strong statement!

Occupy NH supporters have offered housing for people wanting to stay overnight. Food donations and afternoon meals will be housed at St. Augustin's cafeteria on the corner of Spruce and Beech near Veterans' Park. They are also seeking nonperishible donations for local Food Banks. Supplies and equipment are needed to support daytime activities. You can also email directly to Katie at Occupythenhprimary@gmail.com or Mark at Occupynh@gmail.com.
ONH General Assemblies are held at 6:00 every night at Greg's Place - 661 Elm St., on the corner of Granite, opposite the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, NH. Go to www.occupynh.org for the latest information about events noted below.
"Occupy the NH Primary will address growing economic inequality and the disproportionate economic and political power of corporate America and the wealthiest 1%. We want to highlight our concerns that the candidates and media ignore. Events include marches, debates, street theater, workshops, and entertainment. Occupy groups in NH and throughout the region are encouraged to reserve a 2-hour block for their own event."
