Terra: Perhaps suggest a place for the when/why for being asked to leave?  Perhaps the "Responsibilities" section?  Maybe suggest some text.  Or offer some ideas?  I don't really have any, except that if people do not live up to the responsibilities.  Since they are pretty vague anyway, I can't imagine that we'd be able to think of everything ahead of time.  And I definitely don't want to be nit picky about the number of meetings, etc
