Blankets, tarps, drop cloth, padding, shovels, brooms, rubber boots -- or, better yet -- galoshes, socks, gloves, hats, sacarves.

We will report on expenditures after purchasing at second-hand stores or wholesale retailers. We will do our best to spend this discretionary funding wisely.
