Some suggestions I've gotten on things to do going forward:

 

* Urge people to be nice to other folks using the plaza, and designate a liaison.
* Keep instruments in sync w/ leader. 
* Urge leaders to follow the booklets.
* Have someone call out what line/verse is coming up next. 
* Mix stand-by songs in with our own stuff.
* Sing more verses and fewer songs. 
* Make a web page or fb page.
* Publish recordings.
