Malaka Maintenance

- Notify GA and WGs
- rsync attucks (possibly with Lefty's script)
- Place temporary page on boggs
- During downtime repoint DNS to boggs
- When attucks comes back up switch back DNS
- Dana volunteers to make the downtime page.
- Mike: we should drop the TTLs soon.
- Ross will sync wordpress and the db back to boggs.
