Thanks for setting up discussion page, Brian. Is this the way to start discussion? Is discussion about the full text, since it is all on one page?

It takes a lot of steps to do this, but seems beter than obscuring flow of text by entering everythin in [] with text.

Regarding the preamble, my intent was to carry ideas appended at end:
