Site-Assistant/Greeters,

Before you go: You may want to print this file out for reference. Look at the posting on occupyboston.org/calendar/. If you see 2 asteryx '**' then the microphone is needed and the class will be held on the main stage. If you didn't do this prior to arriving you can usually check on a computer in the media tent.  Tell them you are representing FSU and only need to refer to the calendar and will be quick.

Check in with the info tent, tell them you are looking for educator <name> & that FSU has a class at <time>.  Look for a posting on their bulletin boards, if there is no posting and you have time make a sign at the sign tent.

Ask if the teacher is present; use the microphone or people's mic. If 'no' continue with task listed below and come back to this.

Make a large sign at the sign tent Use bright orange paper if available that describes the class in a few words; include the teacher's name & FSU. If you have time make a small sign for the info tent.

Will the microphone be needed? If yes, this will be denoted by '**' on the calendar. Is the microphone up? If no, ask at the library and if no help there, ask at the media tent. Tell them you are representing FSU and there is a class at <time> and you request their help. If they don't know what you are talking about ask to speak with Alex, or if anyone has seen John (of the library).

Where?  All classes requiring the microphone are held on the main stage. If not at main stage then, where? The circle at the Fed; the other side of the DOT building; the Plaza; or to the right of main stage; other locations may be added to this list, the educator may have suggestions. Rose Kennedy Greenway, a nearby cafe, the mezzanine at South Station (not at the mezzanine during meal times).

Announce the class. (Have you found the educator? If no, as you walk around, go back to the InfoTent). Use the microphone and walk around with the sign, calling out, FSU class at <time> & <location> (usually, location is either main stage or right of main stage or at Gandhi).
THANK YOU, eden
