Lydia's Cabbage Soup w/ meat (no dairy)

~4 gallons soup, 50-10 oz servings

3 heads of cabbage

7 onions

3 cups raisins

6 lbs ground beef

4 lg cans crushed tomaotes

4 lemons

4 tbs. honey

4 tbs carraway seeds

4 tbs cider vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

salt and pepper

water/stock to cove

Saute cabbage, onions and caraway until cabbage is translucent. Add water and other ingredients. Cook ground beef separately,drain grease then add. Simmer until cabbage is tender.
