*~4gallons soup, 50 10 oz servings

:3 heads of cabbage
:7 onions
:3 cups raisins
:6 lbs ground beef
:4 lg cans crushed tomaotes
:4 lemons
:4 tbs. honey
:4 tbs carraway seeds
:4 tbs cider vinegar
:1/2 cup olive oil
:salt and pepper
:water/stock to cove

Saute cabbage, onions and caraway until cabbage is translucent. Add water and other ingredients. Cook ground beef separately,drain grease then add. Simmer until cabbage is tender.
