General cleanup process:

Template:Ob-archive-maildir /path/to/Maildir
delete email address in control panel
delete user account in control panel

Mayfirst's mail delivery system includes a component which disables inactive mail accounts. In this context, "inactive" means, "user has not checked mail in the last six months". The disabling is done via a postfix address map, so it's pretty easy to identify accounts that have been disabled. See also

For the next batch, I'm simply going to cleanup (aka "archive and delete") the accounts that have already been disabled. As of 22 July, there are around 70 of them.
