I take offense at much of society: I watch people and note motivations; I understand the flow of histories, both personal and ethnographic; I feel the pressures of society from every angle. I am drawn to helping society evolve on a massive scale, but I am held back by the many 'required' processes to establish oneself in the arena. I look up to those who '''exemplify the change''' they wish to see in the world, and I am determined to fight on my own terms.

The Occupation's views appear to be very nearly congruent with my own. Its occurrence is the first that I have felt truly able to contribute to society on a more than inter-personal basis. It is a chance to make a large-scale change that indefinitely improves the life of every human. When I note influential peoples, they almost always hold doctorate degrees in a social field. Almost all of them are professors or researchers or both, and I wish to contribute to their practices. I cannot outright contribute to their practices, however, because society views me as nothing more than a High School graduate, and I am therefore limited to only the most menial and depraving work.

By this awareness I have constructed the above pages. I wish for a free and just world, and I believe a global forum is the only way to accomplish such a goal. The health and evolution of the species relies on cooperation, but the current division of nations and socio-economic levels destroys our cooperative potential. The human race cannot evolve within these affairs, and I cannot consider any contribution of mine to be valid unless it contributes to the evolution of society. The process by which people in the 'modern' world are meant to 'lift' themselves is oppressive, and the acceptance of such a super-structure is leading to global collapse.

I ponder and weigh ideas only to increase my chances of ''feeling human.'' I employ the 'humanity' argument only because I see it as the only means of establishing my own comfort. I wish that all suffering would end only because it includes my own suffering. I am that which I am.

OneKarma is in the process of creating a (set of) proposal(s) to be presented at the General Assembly. His current goal is to unify the movement's many communication mediums within this wiki in order to host a more open forum. It is only in the existence of a public forum (avoiding the time constraints coming from daily/weekly meetings) that a true quorum of the 99% may be established.

A Personal Note

I was recently asked to explain a comment of mine which said, "I do everything for myself." Please consider the following a proper response to that request:

I take offense at much of society: I observe objectively the actions of those who surround me, focused on comprehending motivations; I understand the flow of histories, both personal and ethnographic; I feel the pressures of society from every angle. I am drawn to helping society evolve on a massive scale, but I am held back by the many established 'requirements' of attaining a notable niche in the arena. I look up to those who exemplify the change they wish to see in the world, and I am determined to fight on my own terms.

The Occupation's views appear to be very nearly congruent with my own. It is the first occurrence in which I have felt truly able to contribute to society on a more than inter-personal basis. It is a chance to make a large-scale change that indefinitely improves the life of every human. When I note influential peoples, they almost always hold doctorate degrees in a social field. Almost all of them are professors, researchers, or both, and I wish to contribute to their practices. But I cannot outright contribute to their practices because society views me as nothing more than a high school graduate, and I am therefore limited to only the most menial and depraving work.

It is by this awareness that I have constructed the following pages. I wish for a free and just world, and I believe a global forum is the only way to accomplish such a goal. The health and evolution of the human species relies on cooperation, but the current division of nations and socio-economic levels destroys our cooperative potential. The species cannot evolve within these affairs, and I cannot consider any contribution of mine to be valid unless it contributes to the evolution of society. The process by which people in the 'modern' world are meant to 'lift' themselves is oppressive, and the acceptance of such a super-structure is effecting a global collapse.

I ponder and weigh ideas only to increase my chances of feeling human. I employ the 'compassionate humanity' argument because I see it as the only means of establishing my own comfort. I wish that all suffering would end only because it includes my own suffering.

"I am He as you are He as you are me, and we are all Together." All is One. This is the ultimate meaning of my life.

Excerpts

From User:OneKarma/Global Forum (a concept page):

The internet currently connects roughly 1 of every 6 persons. It is the primary vehicle by which we organize social movements. While there are pockets of fully connected/disconnected people, the diversity of voices known and represented expands rapidly. The internet implores in us an awareness of the sum of human knowledge; this is the Social Singularity. We must therefore organize a Global Forum dedicated to building upon that awareness, addressing the implications of a global, socially connected society. This will lead inevitably to the establishment of global working groups due to the naturally induced hierarchy of organized knowledge. This document suggests a possible commencement of that global forum.
