Discuss in this section: S00772 Massachusetts call for the U.S. Congress to initiate a Constitutional amendment "to reverse Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission and to restore Constitutional rights and fair elections to the people."

Susi 11/24: This seems like a good first step in a long process.  It seems there's no point worrying about the text of the recommended amendment since that will be determined by pressure and votes later in the process.
