Women's march Man Soup
VEGAN -
Vegatables from Red Fire Farm CSA, donated by Workmen's Circle
Recipe * 10
- scotch bonnet pepper
- sweet potatoes
- 3 Tbsp of olive oil
- 1 large brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
- 1 tsp of curry powder
- 1 Tbsp of grated ginger
- 2 large carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 medium turnips, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
- 5 cups of water
- 2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
